AI for B2B companies and their sales teamsEvery account prepped.
Every quote followed up.
We set up the AI assistant your team uses, whether Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, connected to your CRM, your inbox, your calendar and your books. It preps the account brief before a call, flags the quotes that have gone quiet and drafts the follow-up in your best rep's style. Your reps check it and send it.

Sales
Help for salesFor sales, we work from your CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM through their own connectors in Claude and ChatGPT, and HubSpot’s in Copilot too. Salesforce takes a custom one while its own is in beta.

We don't answer phones. Here's what we do instead.
AI for B2B sales often means tools that send cold emails on their own or call prospects for you. We don't answer phones or make calls, and nothing goes to a buyer without a rep. Instead, your assistant tells each rep which accounts need attention and drafts the follow-up, so the email comes from the person who knows the account.
Ask it like a colleague. Get one clear answer.
The apps you already run. No new system to learn.
Apps built into an assistant are switched on in your Foundations setup, with sending and changes set to ask first. Which assistants open which apps is on the page for each department. The others take a custom connector, which we build and keep running under the support plan. Many B2B companies also use ERP systems such as NetSuite or Acumatica. Those aren't on our list of apps, so rather than promise anything here, we check how your setup fits on the free call.
App names are trademarks of their owners. Figure Hawk is not affiliated with any of them.
What to keep human. Your best accounts know your reps.
What to quote, when to discount and which terms to offer. Your assistant pulls the history; your rep or manager sets the price.
Pushback on price, a lost order, a contract renewal. It can sum up where things stand; it doesn't negotiate.
We don't set up anything that emails prospects on its own. It drafts; a rep reads it and decides whether to send.
Approvals help you keep to your sales policies, and a custom connector adds a record of every request. Check the rules on contacting prospects where you sell before you start.

- 03Setup and trainingYou sign in to your apps; we switch on your assistant's own connectors and add your skills and rules. Then a one-on-one session, or a hands-on workshop for the team, on your own work.
- 04Check-in, then your callA check-in two weeks in. The monthly support plan is optional, until you add a custom connector: we build those and keep them running under it.
Most B2B companies start with a Foundations team setup and help for sales: call prep, quiet quotes and follow-ups in your CRM. Account management and finance come next. If your CRM is one your assistant can't open on its own, or you want reps limited to their own accounts, that's a custom connector. No technical staff needed: just whoever manages your AI account, plus logins to your apps, typed by you. Not sure where to start? The free call maps your week first.

How can a small B2B company use AI in sales?
Start with the work around each call: the brief before it, the follow-up after it and the quotes that have gone quiet. We set up your AI assistant, whether Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, connected to your CRM, inbox and calendar, with skills built from your best reps' real emails. It drafts; your reps check and send.
Will it email prospects on its own?
No. Sending is set to ask first, so a rep reads every email and presses send. We don't set up automated cold outreach or anything that messages buyers by itself.
Does it work with our CRM?
HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM have their own connectors in Claude and ChatGPT, and HubSpot in Copilot too. Salesforce's own connector is in beta, so we use a custom connector, which we build and keep running for you. If you run on something else, we check how it fits on the free call.
Does it work with NetSuite or our ERP?
ERP systems aren't on our list of apps, so we won't promise it. Whether any connector can reach yours depends on your assistant and on what the system allows. If your invoices are in QuickBooks or Xero, your assistant can read sales by customer and who owes you from there. On the free call we look at your setup and tell you plainly what fits.
Can reps see only their own accounts?
Each rep signs in as themselves and sees what your CRM already lets them see. If you want reps limited to their own accounts, with managers seeing everyone, a custom connector adds those roles.
