AI assistant setup and training for small businessFoundations.
Your AI, set up for your business.
We set up the AI assistant your team uses, whether Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini: connected to the apps it can open on its own, with skills for your weekly jobs and your rules written in. Start with just the owner, or bring the whole team. Everything lives in your own account, so there's no monthly fee unless you want our support.
For
Just the owner, or the whole team. One flat price each, paid up front.
Your AI set up around your own weekly jobs
Everyone set up and trained, with a team kit
An owner setup's price counts toward a team setup within 60 days. Up to 15 people per workshop; bigger teams add a session.
Five steps. A few hours of your time. Most of the work is ours.
- 01 · Before A short form
Which apps you use, which AI assistant and plan, how many people, and three jobs each person does every week.
10 minutes - 02 · Week 1 We build
Your company profile, skills and shortcuts, tested on sample data before you see them.
On our side - 03 · Week 1–2 Setup session
On a screen share with whoever manages your AI account. You sign in to each app yourself; we switch on the connectors and add your skills and settings.
About an hour - 04 · Week 2 Training
One-on-one for an owner setup, or a hands-on workshop for the team, in everyone's own inbox and apps.
90 minutes to two hours - 05 · Two weeks in Check-in
What stuck, what didn't and where to go next.
30 minutes
Six parts. In your own inbox and apps, not made-up examples.
- 01How it works
It predicts words from patterns. It only looks things up when it's connected to them, it can sound sure and still be wrong, and it only knows your business from what you give it.
- 02What it's good for
Drafting, summing up, rewriting, turning notes into a how-to and prepping for meetings. Not exact numbers with no source, today's news or decisions.
- 03Where to be careful
What never to paste in, why emails can carry instructions and what always needs a person.
- 04Connected to your apps
Live, on everyone's own accounts: sum up the week's inbox, draft a reply in your voice, prep for tomorrow's meeting and pull a number from your books.
- 05Your skills and shortcuts
The jobs we built for you, run on real work, so everyone leaves knowing what to ask for.
- 06How to ask, how to check
Give it context and an example. Check names, numbers and dates. Ask where an answer came from.
Where to be careful. The part most courses skip.

Claude's own connectors · switched on for your apps
Only the connectors built into Claude. Each person signs in to their own account and sees what that app already allows. Sending and changes are set to ask first, and on a Team plan the owner can also block a tool or require approval. Other apps need a custom connector.
Foundations uses the connectors built into Claude. A custom connector is built by us, for what they can't do.
| Compared | Foundations | Custom connector |
|---|---|---|
| Connections | Claude's own connectors, for the apps it can open | Built by us, for apps it can't, or when you need hard limits |
| Sending and changes | Set to ask first | Can't send or can't change, by design |
| Shared inboxes and scheduled jobs | No | Yes |
| Who sees what | What each app already allows | Your own roles, plus a full history |
| Runs on | Your own AI account | A private server we maintain |
| Support plan | Optional | Required |
| Price | One flat price, paid up front | One price, half at the start and half when it's done, then kept running under support |
A custom connector works in Claude, and in ChatGPT too. When you need one.
Support plan · monthly, optional with Foundations
Everything we build lives in your own Claude account, so there's nothing of ours to keep running. If you'd like help as Claude and your apps change:
Month to month after the first three months. Required once you have a custom connector.
What we need from you
Foundations questions, answered plainly.
Which size do we need?
An owner setup if it's just you, or you'd like to try it yourself first. A team setup if your team will use Claude too: everyone on a Claude Team plan, set up and trained together, with one team kit. An owner setup's price counts toward a team setup within 60 days.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not from us, unless you want one. Everything we build lives in your own Claude account and nothing runs on our servers, so there's nothing of ours to keep running. The support plan is optional, and only required once you add a custom connector. Your Claude plan is paid to Anthropic.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
We set up Claude: Pro for one person, Team for more, and we help you choose on the call. If your team already uses ChatGPT, custom connectors also work there, and we can talk about which fits on the free call.
Does it work with personal Gmail accounts?
Yes. Claude's own Gmail connector works with Google Workspace or personal Gmail, and each person signs in to their own account. The Gmail upgrade, our own connection, needs Google Workspace.
Can it send emails on its own?
Claude's own Gmail connector can send, so we set sending to ask first: Claude saves a draft, and a person reads and sends every one. On a Team plan, the owner can also require approval or block sending. If you need it unable to send at all, that's the Gmail upgrade, a custom connector.
How many people can join the training?
Up to 15 in one workshop, so everyone gets hands-on time. Bigger teams add a session.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from the short form to the training. We build in week one, the setup session is in week one or two, and the training is in week two. The check-in is two weeks after that.
Do we need a team kit as well?
A team setup includes one, for customer service, marketing, sales or finance. An owner setup works on its own, or you can add a kit if one part of the business needs more than three skills. Any setup can add more kits later, and a kit you already have carries over if you move up to a team setup.
What's the difference from a custom connector?
Foundations uses the connectors built into Claude, for apps like Gmail, QuickBooks and HubSpot, with sending and changes set to ask first. A custom connector is built by us for what those can't do: apps Claude can't open, hard limits like drafts that can never be sent, shared inboxes and scheduled jobs. It runs on a private server we maintain, under the support plan.
Each team kit is the skills and shortcuts we build into Claude for one team. A team setup includes one, and more can be added. When Claude's own connectors aren't enough, a custom connector goes on top.
