AI for real estate agents and brokeragesEvery lead followed up.
Every deal prepped.
We set up the AI assistant your agents already use to work with your CRM, calendar and inbox. It finds the leads nobody has called back, drafts the follow-up and preps the brief before a listing appointment. Agents check it and send it.
The weekly jobs, by team. And the package that covers each.

We don't answer phones. Here's what we do instead.
AI for real estate often means a bot that answers calls and texts leads on its own. We don't answer phones, and nothing goes to a lead without an agent. Instead, your assistant tells each agent who needs a call back and drafts the follow-up, so the person who picks up the phone is the one who knows the deal.
Ask it like a colleague. Get one clear answer.
The apps you already run. No new system to learn.
Many real estate agents and brokerages also use real estate CRMs such as Follow Up Boss. That isn't on our list of apps, so rather than promise anything here, we check how your setup fits on the free call.
App names are trademarks of their owners. Figure Hawk is not affiliated with any of them.
What to keep human. People buy from people.
What a home should list for and when to drop the price. Your assistant can pull your notes and past emails; the agent gives the advice.
Counteroffers, repairs and terms are a conversation between people. It can sum up where things stand; it doesn't negotiate.
Leave contract wording and disclosures to your agents, your broker and the forms you already use.
Approvals and a record of every request help you keep to your brokerage policies. Check your local and professional requirements, including for advertising, before you start.
Set up for you. Usually in a week or two.
- 01A free callThirty minutes on how your week runs. You keep the shortlist either way.
- 02A plan you signWhat your assistant will do, who can ask for what and what always needs a person, with a fixed price in writing. Nothing is built until you sign.
- 03Set up and testedWe connect your apps, teach it your rules and test it on real work with two or three of your people for a week.
- 04Training and careA training session for the team, a tune-up two weeks in, then monthly care, required with every package: your servers maintained with security updates, plus fixes as your apps and rules change.
For a brokerage we usually start with lead follow-up in your CRM, then add listing copy and call prep. No technical staff needed: one person who knows how work flows, plus logins to your apps. Not sure where to start? The free AI audit maps your week first.

Do I need a new AI CRM for real estate?
Probably not. We set up your AI assistant to work with the CRM you already use. The Sales package works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and Zoho. If you use a real estate CRM such as Follow Up Boss, we check how it fits on the free call.
Can AI follow up with my leads automatically?
It can find the leads nobody has followed up with and draft the email in your style. An agent reads it and presses send. We don't set up anything that messages leads on its own.
Is this for solo agents or brokerages?
Both. With a team, each agent sees their own leads and deals, and the broker or team lead sees everyone. One person who knows how your team works is enough to get started.
Will it write my listing descriptions?
It drafts them from your notes, in your voice, using only claims you've approved. An agent checks every listing before it goes anywhere.
