Doesn't Salesforce already work with ChatGPT or Claude?
Many apps now offer their own built-in connection to AI assistants, listed in ChatGPT and Claude as apps or connectors. One person switches it on, signs in, and their assistant can reach that one app.
As of October 2026, Salesforce offers an Agentforce Sales app in ChatGPT, in beta. Salesforce's help pages say it needs Enterprise, Performance or Unlimited edition with Agentforce add-ons, plus a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise account. A Salesforce add-on for Claude opened in beta in September 2026, for organizations Salesforce approves. Agentforce itself is Salesforce's own AI, inside Salesforce.
If you're on a smaller edition, or nobody on staff looks after Salesforce full time, those may be out of reach. Most small teams also have custom fields and stages that only make sense once someone explains them.
| Compared | Built-in connection | Set up for your team |
|---|---|---|
| What you need first | For ChatGPT: Enterprise edition or above, with add-ons | A Salesforce login. We check your edition on the free call |
| Your stages and odds | As set in Salesforce | Written down with you, including what each stage really means |
| Billing and support | Salesforce data | Joined with your billing app and help desk |
| Changes | In Claude, you approve each change by default | Every change confirmed by the rep. No mass edits, no deletes |

Kept working
When Salesforce updates or your fields change, we keep it working.
Where Salesforce fits. Most teams start with one package.
Setup typically takes 1–2 weeks per package, for a fixed price in writing, then monthly care, which every package needs: your servers maintained, security updates and fixes when your apps change. Nothing is built until you sign the plan.
Salesforce and AI. Straight answers.
Can a small business use AI with Salesforce?
Yes. As of October 2026, Salesforce's own options in ChatGPT and Claude are in beta, and the ChatGPT one is aimed at larger editions. We set up the assistant your team already uses to work with your Salesforce, your fields and your rules, and check your edition on the free call.
Do we need Agentforce?
Agentforce is Salesforce's own AI, working inside Salesforce. Our setup connects the assistant your team already uses, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to Salesforce and your other apps, which is a different route. We'll compare the two honestly on the free call.
We don't have a Salesforce admin. Is that a problem?
No. We need one person who knows how your sales process works, plus a login. We do the setup and keep it working when Salesforce or your process changes.
