AI for construction companies and contractorsClients kept in the loop.
Bids followed up.

We set up the AI assistant your office uses, whether Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, connected to your inbox, your shared drive, your CRM and your books. It drafts the client update from the site notes, finds the bids nobody has chased and lists who still owes you. Your team checks it and sends it.

Where AI helps

The weekly jobs, by team. And how we help each one.

Clients and updates

Help for customer service
Weekly client updates Draft this week's update for the Patel remodel from the site notes.
"When will you be done?" emails Draft a reply to this client asking about the schedule, using our usual wording. Reply to customer emails
Warranty and callback requests What's our process for a warranty callback, and who handles it?

Bids and estimates

Help for sales

For sales, we work from your CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM through their own connectors in Claude and ChatGPT, and HubSpot’s in Copilot too. If your bids live in a spreadsheet or your construction software instead, we check on the free call how that fits.

Bids gone quiet Which bids have had no reply in two weeks? Spot deals about to slip
Follow-up after an estimate Draft a follow-up to the homeowner I sent the kitchen estimate to on Monday. Follow-up emails after calls
Prep for a walkthrough Prep me for tomorrow's walkthrough with the Okafors. Prep for every sales call

Invoices and cash

Help for finance

For finance, your assistant answers from QuickBooks or Xero, with anything that would change the books set to ask first. If job costs live in your construction software instead, we check on the free call how that fits before promising anything.

Progress bills past due Which progress bills are more than 30 days late? Draft friendly reminders. Chase unpaid invoices
Jobs over budget, if each job is tracked in your books Which open jobs are running over budget so far?
Cash before payroll and materials Can we cover Friday payroll and the lumber order? Cash flow and runway
Project write-ups Write up the Elm Street addition for our website from these notes, in our voice. Every draft in your brand voice
Ad versions Write three versions of our best ad for kitchen remodels. Ad variations from your best ad
Honest about scope

We don't answer phones. Here's what we do instead.

Search for AI for contractors and you'll find phone bots that answer your calls and software that does takeoffs from plans. We do neither. We don't answer phones or price jobs. We help the office behind them: the client update, the bid follow-up and the invoice reminder, drafted for your team to check and send.

It only uses what's in your notes and emails, and says what's still waiting. Dates and promises to the client stay yours to confirm, and sending is set to ask first, so a person sends every update.

Apps built into an assistant are switched on in your Foundations setup, with sending and changes set to ask first. Which assistants open which apps is on the page for each department. The others take a custom connector, which we build and keep running under the support plan. Many construction companies and contractors also use construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend or JobTread. Those aren't on our list of apps, so rather than promise anything here, we check how your setup fits on the free call.

Keep it human

What to keep human. Your name is on the job.

Pricing the job

Takeoffs, margins and what to bid. Your assistant can pull up your notes and a similar past job; your estimator sets the number.

Safety calls

Whether a site is safe to work, and what happens after an incident, stays with your crew leads and your safety plan.

Change orders and disputes

Extra work, delays and disagreements are a conversation with the client. It can gather the emails and notes; a person decides and signs.

Contracts and your own rules

Contract wording, permits and lien deadlines stay with your team and your advisers. Approvals help you keep to your own procedures. Check the rules where you work before you start.

Setup and trainingYou sign in to your apps; we switch on your assistant's own connectors and add your skills and rules. Then a one-on-one session, or a hands-on workshop for the team, on your own work.

Check-in, then your callA check-in two weeks in. The monthly support plan is optional, until you add a custom connector: we build those and keep them running under it.

Most contractors start with a Foundations team setup and help for customer service: client updates and schedule emails, from the notes in your shared drive and the replies you already send. Bid follow-up comes next if your bids are in a CRM, then invoices and cash. Working straight from a shared office inbox takes a custom connector. No technical staff needed: just whoever manages your AI account, plus logins to your apps, typed by you. Not sure where to start? The free call maps your week first.

Questions

Common questions. Straight answers.

How can a construction company use AI?

Start with the office work around the job, not the job itself: client updates, schedule emails, bid follow-ups and unpaid invoices. We set up your AI assistant, whether Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, for the owner or the whole office, connected to your inbox, shared drive, CRM and books. It drafts; your team checks and sends.

Does it work with Procore, Buildertrend or JobTread?

They aren't on our list of apps, so we won't promise it. Whether any connector can reach them depends on your assistant and on what each system allows. Many contractors also run an inbox, a shared drive and QuickBooks, which we do work with. On the free call we look at your setup and tell you plainly what fits.

Can it do takeoffs or write estimates?

We don't set it up to price work. It can draft the cover email for an estimate, find a similar past job in your files or turn your notes into a scope summary for you to check. The numbers come from your estimator.

Is it for the office or the crews?

The office: the owner, estimators, project managers and whoever answers client emails. Crews don't need to change how they work. If they already drop photos and notes in a shared folder, your assistant can draft the client update from them.

Where does a contractor start?

With Foundations: your AI assistant set up for the owner, or for the whole office with one department build, usually customer service for client updates. It's one flat price, paid up front, and everything lives in your own AI account. The support plan is optional until you add a custom connector.
