Doesn't Klaviyo already work with ChatGPT or Claude?
Many apps now offer their own built-in connection to AI assistants, listed in ChatGPT and Claude as apps or connectors. One person switches it on, signs in, and their assistant can reach that one app.
As of October 2026, Klaviyo makes its own app for ChatGPT and connector for Claude. Klaviyo's help center says both can create campaigns and flows, update lists and segments and, with the right permissions, send campaigns; the ChatGPT app asks you to confirm a send first, and in Claude you can choose a mode that only looks. As Klaviyo points out, an email that has gone out can't be recalled. Klaviyo also has its own built-in AI.
Writing an email was never the hard part. Writing it in your voice, with no claim your team hasn’t approved, starting from what your customers actually opened, is.
| Compared | Built-in connection | Set up for your team |
|---|---|---|
| Sending | Possible, with the right permissions | Left out. Your team sends from Klaviyo |
| Your voice | Whatever you paste in | Your brand guide, with good and bad examples, every time |
| Claims | Not part of it | Only claims and disclaimers you've approved |
| Starting point | A blank request | Your best-performing campaigns and flows |

Where Klaviyo fits. Most teams start with one package.
Setup typically takes 1–2 weeks per package, for a fixed price in writing, then monthly care, which every package needs: your servers maintained, security updates and fixes when your apps change. Nothing is built until you sign the plan.
Klaviyo and AI. Straight answers.
Does Klaviyo have a ChatGPT integration?
Yes. As of October 2026, Klaviyo makes its own app for ChatGPT and connector for Claude, and both can create and send campaigns with the right permissions. We set up your assistant to draft in your voice from what performed, and leave sending to your team.
Can AI write emails that don't sound like AI?
It can when it has been taught your voice properly: real examples of your emails, words you use and words you never would. That is the core of our Marketing package, and every draft is checked against it before you see it.
Will it make up discounts or reviews?
No. It uses only the claims and offers you've approved, and never invents stats, quotes or reviews.
